And our 60×60 gives you 3,600 sq. ft. of space to spread out, run a business, or build something with plenty of storage.
On top of building size, you can add lean-tos for extra covered areas, pick the roof style that makes sense for your climate, or change the pitch for better snow and wind resistance. Even the finishes can be adjusted. Some people go modern and clean, others go for something more traditional. It’s all up to you.
How Much Does a Barndominium Cost?
The starting point for a metal barndominium is usually somewhere between $12 and $25 per square foot for the basic structure. That’s just the shell. Once you start adding porches, doors, and windows, or stronger roofing systems, the cost changes.
